As Lead Trainer, Cole is dedicated to empowering detailers of all experience levels, offering comprehensive training sessions that focus on best practices, cutting-edge techniques, and maximizing product performance. Drew Lawrence – Lead Trainer

Ken Mercer – President
Ken Mercer is a marine detailing expert with a deep understanding of detailing processes, chemical formulations, and technical applications. John Watkins, the CEO of Starke Yacht Care, is the driving force behind this certification program. While John won't be on-site for this class, his influence is felt throughout every aspect of the training — from the products you'll use to the business insights woven into the curriculum.

If you're unable to attend the class you registered for, you're welcome to reschedule into any future class held at our Fort Myers Headquarters. (Classes held outside of the HQ are excluded from rescheduling.)

If rescheduling doesn't work for you, you may choose to receive your full deposit as store credit for the amount you paid.

We will send out an email with further class details a couple of weeks before your scheduled training so you know exactly what to expect.

If, for any reason, we need to cancel the class on our end, you may be eligible for a full refund.
