"Product was delivered to an incorrect address. No big deal, sent in a customer service request with my order number to see how it could be rectified and…nothing. No response whatsoever. Everyone makes mistakes. I know that and would’ve been happy to find out what happened. But it’s over now. I’ll find another supplier who helps customers with problems."
"I use a Rupes Mille and Starke Elevate. If I use the 6” pad in this configuration, the pad quickly becomes unusable. It seems to deform and actually creep off center. The 5” pad on the other hand works much better, keeping its shape and staying in place. Cutting and finishing nicely. Rated 2 on 6” and 4 + on 5”."
