Mirka DE-1230-PC Flat Filter is the flat filter element for the Mirka DE-1230-HEPA-PC dust collector—secondary filtration behind the fleece bag so fine sanding dust stays out of shop air and the motor path.

Service part for DE-1230-HEPA-PC units when the flat filter is loaded, damaged, or due for replacement. Pair with regular fleece bag changes to keep HEPA-side performance honest.

How to use

1. Unplug the extractor; open the filter housing per the unit manual
2. Remove the spent flat filter; wipe loose dust from the housing
3. Install the new element seated correctly; close and test suction

Note: A dirty flat filter starves suction even with a fresh bag. Dispose of dust-loaded filters carefully—do not shake them out in the bay.
